Food Pantry

Our Honey and Pop Food Pantry is named in memory of the parents of the Daunhauer family who made a significant and generous donation to help build the food pantry. The pantry is a Dare-To-Care Food Pantry but we gladly accept food donations as well.

Donation Hours: Donations for the pantry are accepted Mon-Thurs 9:30am-12:15pm and Tuesdays 1:30pm-3:30pm

For Help:

The pantry hours are: Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM until 12:30 PM and Tuesday afternoons from 1:30 to 4:00.  We are closed on Fridays.

For food service, you must sign in a half hour before closing. 

If you need hygiene products, please ask about availability at check-in.

We are closed the first Monday of each month, major holidays, Christmas time (check for specific days), and during Derby Week.

No appointment is necessary. To qualify for assistance, please bring the following:

• Proof of address in the Shively Area Ministries service area (40216 ZIP code)

• A picture ID for all adults in the household

• Children - bring healthcare card, birth certificate or report card for each child in the household
